2.Provides HSE mandatory and compliance training/ onboarding for new hires, shor service employees and
contractors.
3.Supports the local management in the organization roles and responsibilities definiation, as it relates to HSE aspects.
4.Facilitate the routine use of HSE leading indicators.
5.Supports the local management on any HSE Management System standard issues.
6.Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Rubicon HSE System.
7.Have the certificate of safety coordinator.
8.Develop, implement and monitor reginal safety program.
9.Responsible for the EHS trainin, establish the training policy, identify HSE training needs and coordiante
with HR and make sure the EHS system actitivies conforming to the corporate policy and national law.
10.Coordinate the Health and Safety committee.
Requirements:
● At least 5 years safety management experience in a machining workshop or similar industry
● Have the certificate of safety coordinator and special equipment safety coordinator. It is preferred to have a registered safety engineer certificate
● It is preferred to have experience in maintenance management
● University background
● English can be used as work language
● Live in TEDA or Tanggu District 优先考虑
